Jonas Raider’s modern abstract expressionist style is cohesive throughout his body of work since his early artist training. Through his use of color, line quality, and movement Raider builds this illusion and world within his paintings. Whether they vary in color or intensity there is this energetic pull to his pieces, getting lost in the shapes and movement of his abstract landscapes.  He creates not only physical movement but emotional abstracted movement in how his artistic decisions mend and take control of the canvas.
